The consideration of the health and safety of our operatives, staff and the public are at the forefront of everything we do.

Our policies and project planning procedures are robust and continually updated inline with industry standards and on-site experience. Typically all sites have bespoke construction phase health and safety plans which outline how we plan to safely deliver the works. This plan is then implemented through the process of thorough risk assessment and method evaluation as each project progresses. All of our sites whether required or not are compliant with CDM regulations.
All site managers are trained and possess a current SMSTS qualification in addition they also possess as a minimum first aid level 2. All of our trades receive site specific inductions on all sites and a copy of their CSCS cards are held on-site. No trades are permitted to work without the correct CSCS card.
BMR constantly have implemented a staff training program. All staff qualifications are held on record and reviewed at 6 month intervals. Where the need for additional training or refreshment training is identified BMR arrange and pay for this training as an investment in our workforce.
